Technical Administrator

Permanent Contract

Location: Rural Housing Association, 2 Killyclogher Road, Omagh, Co Tyrone

Salary: NJC scales points 16-24 (£17,419 to £21,962)
The post-holder will assist in delivering a high quality customer focussed property & maintenance service to the Tenants of Rural Housing Association as directed by the Property & Procurement Manager and will be based at Tollgate House, 2 Killyclogher Road, Omagh, Co Tyrone,  BT79 0AX.
Essential Criteria includes:
·         At least 5 GCSE’s at Grade C or above / O Levels.
·         A minimum of two year’s administrative experience working in a customer service role involving direct contact with the public.
·         At least one years’ relevant experience in a Maintenance environment involving direct contact with the public.
Desirable Criteria includes: 
·         At least 2 A-levels at grade “C” or above or equivalent
·         Relevant Administrative Qualification (NVQ level or equivalent)
·         Relevant Computer Qualification (Advanced ECDL or equivalent)
·         Experience working in the property and/or construction sector
