4.3 Asset Management Strategy
It is recommended that the Asset Management Strategy includes the Associations:- M Accepted
a) Predicted medium to long term expenditure on Planned, Cyclical and Response
Maintenance beyond the stated period of the current Asset Management Strategy. October 2016
b) Approach to the servicing of oil boilers. M Accepted

4.4 Maintenance/Inspections/reports
Therefore it is recommended that the Association
a) Report on its statutory obligations to the Board of Management as a standing agenda M Accepted
item and September 2016
b) Records and submits the specific turnaround times on disabled adaptations to the
Board of Management at regular intervals. M Accepted
CORPORATE GOVERNANCE
6.3 Board / Sub-committees
Therefore it is recommended that the Association should revisit the frequency and
purpose of sub-committees and board meetings. M Accepted Implemented
