The association now works throughout rural Northern Ireland but has a particular interest in those disadvantaged rural areas centered on The Sperrins, Fermanagh, The Glens of Antrim, South Down, South Armagh and The Western Shores of Lough Neagh. It is managed by a voluntary board, the members of which share a deep commitment to improving the lot of rural areas generally. Given our firm belief that local problems are best identified, understood and then solved locally, we have developed a strong relationship with local community groups and development associations to further our vision.
