Receptionist/Typist
Salary Scale: £12018 - £14523

Rural Housing Association specialises in the provision of general needs housing for rental in disadvantaged rural areas throughout Northern Ireland. The Association has a housing stock of over 300 dwellings at present and a significant number of other projects at various stages in the development cycle.

A highly motivated and enthusiastic person is required to assist in the provision of Receptionist and Typist duties within the Association


Essential Criteria

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Computer literate with previous use of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel and Outlook.

Methodical with good attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent interpersonal skills.

Ability to prioritise own workload and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

At least 5 GCSE's at Grade C including Maths and English or equivalent qualification.
RSA Stage 2 Parts 1 & 2.

At least 1 years' office experience including reception and secretarial duties.
